What to do if you’re a victim of bullying?
• Stay calm, don't let anger take over.
• Don't let their words define your self-worth.
• Politely ask them to stop.
• If necessary, walk away or run to safety.
• Remember, bullies might be going through tough times too.
• Use humor to deflect negativity.
• Talk to someone you trust about what's happening.
• Surround yourself with supportive friends.
• Stay close to people who uplift you.
What to do if you see someone being bullied?
• Talk to the person being bullied.
• Listen without judging them.
• Let them know you care and they're not alone.
• Report the incident to a trusted adult.
• Stand up against bullying as a group.
• Avoid spreading rumors.
• Confront the bully calmly and assertively.
• Help educate the bully about the impact of their actions.
What to do if you are a bully?
• Acknowledge and take responsibility for your actions.
• Apologize to those you've hurt.
• Seek help or support to change your behavior.
• Practice empathy and kindness towards others.
• Educate yourself on the effects of bullying.
